Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition

The Department of Dietetics & Nutrition prepares professionals who are recognized for expertise in food, nutrition and dietetics through the curriculum of the M.S. program. Our master’s graduate program integrates dietetics and advanced nutrition science with research to prepare graduates to function as practitioners with advanced knowledge and skills in dietetics.

Graduates have employment opportunities in both the healthcare/wellness and food/food service industries. This program may also serve as preliminary preparation for enrollment in a Ph.D. program.
