Applying to the program

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Proof of English language proficiency (applicants from non-English speaking countries only)

Application Requirements

  • Current resume or CV
  • Statement of purpose addressing why you chose this degree and concentration and how it will help you achieve your career goals
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • WES transcript evaluation if you studied outside the United States

Application Process

  1. Submit application through SOPHAS and attach all supporting documents.
  2. Submit FIU Graduate Admissions supplemental form.
  3. Ensure you have all outstanding application components submitted by June 1 to be admitted for the Fall 2024 semester.
