Rocio Lopez

Rocio Lopez has dedicated her career in social work to practice with children and families, primarily focusing on supporting the needs of children with disabilities and their caregivers. She has extensive experience working with families of children with autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and learning disorders. Prior to joining FIU, she worked as a school social worker with Miami-Dade County Public Schools for several years. She is a licensed clinical social worker and a qualified supervisor in Florida.
