Fourteen students from the FIU Robert Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work were chosen as recipients of the Spring 2024 Dean’s Excellence Award. The award recognizes students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement—having achieved a minimum of 3.5 GPA—but also provided service to the college, FIU and the greater community.
Nominations are submitted by faculty and then voted and selected by Tomás R. Guilarte, the dean of Stempel College. The recipients will be honored at a reception held after commencement on May 1, 2024.
