Master's of Public Health (MPH) with a Concentration in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention

Health Promotion and Disease Prevention addresses the behavioral, social and cultural factors related to individual, community and population health. Maintaining a high quality of life begins with an understanding of how our actions and interactions can affect our health. Our MPH programs teach students to plan, design, implement and evaluate community-based interventions. Our programs engage students in applied research to promote healthier lives in the most vulnerable communities both near and far.
