Subject area description

This lab is focused on conducting clinical research studies to ascertain the nutrition status of various populations, including children and young adults, and how this is related to body composition and health. In this lab, we conduct various analyses in blood (serum), urine, and fecal samples to assess nutrient, cardiometabolic, bone, and inflammatory biomarkers.
